Volunteer Capacity Building

AASHRAY identifies potential and like-minded young men and women from urban communities and rural habitations and provides capacity building on child safety and protection, worker protection, government entitlements, and community engagement. To date, 137 community volunteers have been trained across AASHRAY’s operational locations, strengthening their knowledge, skills, and ability to support vulnerable children, workers, and families within their communities.
