Our Mission
AASHRAY’s mission is to promote the dignity and well-being of vulnerable communities, especially children, women, migrant workers and labourers, through care, protection, quality education and health care. It strengthens livelihoods through skill development, vocational training, and job placements while ensuring access to labour welfare schemes and social security, promotes worker protection, climate resilience, and inclusive, self-reliant communities.

Ensure Protection and Safety
To provide a safe and protective environment for children and vulnerable communities by strengthening child protection systems and preventing abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
Promote Access to Quality Education
To enhance access to inclusive and quality education for children, enabling them to achieve their full potential and lead empowered, meaningful lives.

Worker protection
To strengthen labour protection and social security, reduce exploitation, and promote workers’ well-being and resilience by facilitating access to welfare schemes, grievance redressal mechanisms, and support systems.
