AASHRAY promotes safe, informed and secure migration through pre-departure and post-arrival orientation, counselling and support. Workers receive guidance on employment, documentation, wages, workplace safety, social security, essential services and grievance mechanisms, helping reduce exploitation and vulnerability at destination.
